Everyone knows that the Trust's Coast to Coast run is held on the Sunday nearest Bruce's birthday at the end of August. But this year there will be two Coast to Coast runs as the last Sunday in August is also the last day of the international rally of New Zealand.

On 31st August the Classic motor sport enthusiasts will drive from St Heliers Bay in Auckland to the final special stages at Mystery Creek near Hamilton. On the previous Sunday 24th August, a more social event will be held. This is being organized for the Trust by TACCOC and will start on Auckland's North Shore and travel across to the West Coast.
