The Bruce McLaren Trust has appointed Don Packwood as an �Official Motorsport Artist� to the Trust.

is an acclaimed New Zealand artist whose work is sold right around the world. Don is the resident motorsport artist at the International Art Center in Parnell Auckland and is a member of The Guild of Motoring Artists United Kingdom.

Denny Hulme Site - The World Champion from New Zealand - Although he won the world title in 1967 driving for Jack Brabham he is very much synonymous with McLaren driving for his fellow countryman Bruce McLaren from 1967(in Can-Am) and in Formula 1 from 1968 until he retired in 1974. GROUP7

Thomas met Kevin and his New York based motorsports photo archive through his collaboration on the documentary feature by Men Lareida �Jo Siffert, Live Fast � Die Young�. There are pictures from the 50�s till present day, many of them are not identified or classified as yet.

So the idea arose to print each year a calendar with 53 pages to show the many facets of motorsports and its protagonists. We place our emphasis on the beautiful times of the 60�s and 70�s.
