This site is optimised for IE6 and IE7 on Windows, or Firefox 2 on Windows or Mac OS10.2 or better. Safari is ok, but you may notice some unusual alignment because it's not standards compliant.
When you receive your email with the URL to set your password, make sure that if the URL breaks across two lines that you paste the whole URL in, otherwise you won't be able to set your password.
There's a file length and size limit for video (approx 10 mins and 15Mb), and a file size limit for images (approx 3Mb).
Some video formats won't work. You're best to use MPEG encoding for videos, though many codecs for .MOV and .WMV will be fine. You may notice with .MOV that if they are smaller than 320x240 that your video will not be upsized and will be placed in the top left. We're working on this.
With images, you can only upload .jpg.
If the main menu breaks across two lines it's because you've got your text set to view at a large size than standard. This won't have any material effect on how the site operates, but could cause items to wrap.
