Denis (Denny) Hulme is New Zealand’s only Formula One World Champion. In all he won eight Formula One races from 1967 to 1973, and 22 Can-Am races, taking the Can-Am title in 1968 and 1970.
This is Michael Clark’s third book in his series on New Zealand’s Formula One drivers Bruce McLaren, Chris Amon and now Denny Hulme. The forewords are by illustrious American journalist/photographer Pete Lyons and New Zealander Eoin Young. Formula 1 legends Chris Amon and Howden Ganley give their recollections, Phil Kerr gives words on Denny’s early days in Europe and many previously unseen photographs illustrate this 100+ page book.
A true classic worthy of any collection.
