Files to be supplied as Press Optimized PDFs, ensure there are no RGB colours or low resolution images or jpegs and all fonts are to be embedded.
Also please ensure that all colour profiles are turned off.
Colour proofs need to be supplied, if no colour proofs are supplied we cannot check to see if anything has changed on your file (eg: colours and/or fonts once we receive it.)
